Five progressive web apps — one for every part of the shoot-to-sale pipeline. No app store, no downloads. Add to home screen and go.

Windows Desktop Kiosk

Hardened Electron app — full-screen, locked, silent printing, admin PIN to exit.

For: Windows PC kiosk hardware

Install

  1. Click the Download button (Windows portable, ~80 MB).
  2. Copy Fotiqo-Kiosk.exe to the kiosk PC.
  3. Double-click to launch — no install, no admin rights needed.
  4. Staff enters their 4-digit PIN at the lock screen.
  5. To exit, press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + Q and enter the admin PIN.

  • •Windows 10 or 11 (x64)
  • •Internet connection (for production use against fotiqo.com)
  • •Optional: Stripe Terminal reader for card payments
  • •Optional: thermal receipt printer set as Windows default

Sale Kiosk

POS terminal for photographers to close sales.

For: iPad / Android tablet

Install

  1. Open /kiosk/sale-point in Safari or Chrome on the tablet.
  2. Use the browser's Share menu → Add to Home Screen.
  3. Launch from the home-screen icon — it opens full-screen.
  4. Enter your 4-digit staff PIN at the lock screen.

Requirements

  • •iPad / Android tablet with browser support for PWAs
  • •Local Wi-Fi to the sale-point server (works offline)
  • •Stripe Terminal reader (optional, for card payments)

Gallery Kiosk

Self-serve customer identification and gallery viewer.

For: Touch-screen display

Install

  1. On the display, open /kiosk/gallery in fullscreen kiosk mode.
  2. Pin the tab in Chrome (View → Always Show Toolbar → Pin).
  3. Toggle the browser into kiosk mode (F11 / Cmd-Shift-F).
  4. Customers can identify by QR, wristband, room, or selfie.

Requirements

  • •Any 1080p+ touch screen with Chrome or Edge
  • •Kiosk network to the gallery server
  • •Optional: selfie camera for face identification

Photographer Phone

Mobile uploader, scanner, and daily stats for photographers.

For: iPhone / Android phone

Install

  1. Sign in to the Fotiqo app on your phone.
  2. Open /mobile-upload and tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
  3. Grant camera permission the first time you shoot.
  4. Upload runs in the background, auto-resumes on reconnect.

Requirements

  • •iOS 15+ / Android 10+
  • •Camera permission
  • •Wi-Fi or 4G for uploads (works offline and syncs later)

Camera Station

Tethered/auto capture for speed cameras and welcome archways.

For: Raspberry Pi / mini PC

Install

  1. Flash Raspberry Pi OS Lite, enable Wi-Fi + SSH.
  2. Clone the Fotiqo camera client (see /admin/cameras).
  3. Register the station by scanning its QR at /admin/cameras.
  4. Captures auto-upload to R2 and tag the active wristband.

Requirements

  • •Raspberry Pi 4 or any x86 mini PC
  • •USB or tethered DSLR (Nikon D7000 tested)
  • •Local network to the kiosk server

TV Display

Ambient TV showing arriving customers and live galleries.

For: Smart TV / HDMI display

Install

  1. Connect an HDMI display to a Chromebox or Fire TV.
  2. Open /kiosk/tv-display in the browser and pin it.
  3. Enable auto-rotation if the display is vertical.
  4. The screen auto-refreshes as new galleries come in.

Requirements

  • •Any TV or display with Chrome / Edge
  • •Chromebox / mini-PC / Fire TV (any PWA-capable browser)
  • •Network to the kiosk server

Need help installing?

All five apps are progressive web apps (PWAs). They install from your browser, work offline where needed, and update automatically when a new version ships. Contact ops if a device won't install.
