The calculator multiplies your venue's visitor volume by an occupancy/attendance factor, a photo-purchase conversion rate, and an average order value. These are the same four levers that determine real-world resort-photography revenue:
- Visitors / occupied rooms — how many guests pass through and could be photographed.
- Conversion rate — the share of those guests who buy at least one photo. Kiosk + face-recognition delivery lifts this well above email-only delivery.
