How does the commission structure work?
You keep 90–98% of photo sale revenue. We take a tiered commission — 10% on Starter, dropping to 2% once you exceed €50,000/month. No setup fee, no monthly subscription, no hardware charge. You only pay commission when a guest actually buys.
What equipment do we need?
No new equipment required. Fotiqo works with any professional camera your photographers already use. For kiosks we recommend off-the-shelf iPads + Stripe Terminal — you can rent or buy, no proprietary hardware contracts.
Can we use our existing photographers?
Yes. Most venue partners bring their existing team. We provide training via Fotiqo Academy, and we can also supplement with pre-trained photographers from our network if you need to staff up for peak season.
How long does deployment take?
1–2 weeks. Week 1: account setup, location configuration, staff onboarding. Week 2: kiosk install, on-site training, dry-run. You go live at the end of week 2 and start earning from the next guest through the door.
What's the earliest we can go live?
If your application is approved this week, you can be live in 14 days. For multi-location rollouts we stagger by 2–3 weeks per property, with the first location typically live within a month of contract sign-off.
